Block-Level Review Meeting Held at Kankadahad to Strengthen Programme Implementation

Dhenkanal: A Block Level Review Meeting was conducted today at Kankadahad Block, attended by all block-level officials and NGO partners. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Director (P&S), Additional Deputy Director (P&S), and the Block Development Officer (BDO), Kankadahad.

During the meeting, each indicator under the ongoing programme was thoroughly reviewed. Detailed discussions were held on the current progress, and strategies were formulated to further strengthen the system and ensure sustained improvement across all sectors.

The Planning Official instructed the Block Level Officers (BLOs) to monitor the progress of each indicator on a monthly basis and to report the status to the block office within a stipulated timeframe.

Additionally, deliberations were held on the Prime Minister’s Excellence Award 2025 and the submission of innovative projects contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). All BLOs were directed to submit proposals highlighting innovative and impactful initiatives from their respective areas.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on collective responsibility, timely monitoring, and proactive planning to achieve the set development goals efficiently.(PNS)
